The smaller the infestation is, the easier it is to treat. Unfortunately, most people are not aware they have rodents. Rats and mice are timid and nocturnal, so you’re unlikely to actually see a rodents moving around your home. That’s why it’s important to look for the signs of an infestation, such as:

• Droppings: Rodent droppings look like large black grains of rice they can be found anywhere within the property

• Nesting Material: Rodents will make nests out of miscellaneous items within your home. These items may include: shredded paper, fabric, insulation, or plant products

• Odors: As droppings and urine accumulate in your home, you’ll notice a unique musky scent.

• Scratching noises: Their nails can cause faint scratching noises from within the walls or attic, especially at night. They may crawl inside of furniture and gnaw on wood.

• Gnaw marks: Their teeth never stop growing, so rodents are always chewing on things like baseboards, drywall, furniture, insulation, or food packaging.
